rhui4_tests.test_custom_certs.setup()

announce the beginning of the test run

rhui4_tests.test_custom_certs.teardown()

announce the end of the test run

check if all the custom certificates and keys exist

back up the original certificates and keys

rerun the installer with the custom certificates and keys

check if the custom certificates and keys were really installed
